Agricultural food waste is rich in cellulosic and non-cellulosic fermentable substance. In this study, we investigated the bioconversion of pineapple cell wall sugars into bioethanol by simultaneous saccharification fermentation using Saccharomyces cerevisiae ATCC 4126.
